這首《Then He Kissed Me》是Phil Spector等三人所合寫，並由Spector製作 ( 這位名製作人在2003年因謀殺女友被判刑19年 )，1963年由美國女子合唱團體The Crystals首錄發行，獲得美國排行榜第6名( UK No.2 )，也是該團入榜前10名的三首歌之一。

這首歌描述的是一位年輕女子，從邂逅一位男子邀舞開始，到男子要娶她作新娘的一段羅曼史。1965年，The Beach Boys將歌詞中的男女角色互換，以歌名《Then I kissed Her》推出，成績亦頗佳。而且我看他們滿喜歡這首歌的，直到近年仍在台上演唱，但我覺得他們的版本剛硬了一些。

The Crystals的版本曾被用在1990由勞勃狄泥洛等主演的電影「Good Fellas ( 四海好傢伙 )」中，以及1987由伊莉莎白‧蘇主演的「Adventures in Babysitting (  蹺家的一夜 )」。蹺片片頭中的對嘴唱還不錯看，就一併貼上了。
