兩個學長在討論一些問題

對他們而言很「黑暗」的問題
關於『念書有什麼用』

在高中的最後一年裡
我老是跟B君討論著這個問題

為了什麼而讀書?
因為大家都唸大學啊
因為不唸大學找不到工作
因為不唸大學要去當兵啊
因為不唸大學大家會笑你沒出息啊

為了誰而唸?
為了這社會而唸
為了前途而唸
為了父母而唸

哎
其實你們的問題我都懂
也想過

我也不想念
這些問題我全都想過
在國小升上國中
在國中生上高中
這些問題我都思考過

我也不想唸
不想念國小
不想念國中
不想念高中
不想念大學
連幼稚園我都不想念

而且身體力行

只是在升上大學之前
面對作弊也要唸大學的許多人

我想

起床上學放學唸書
一個指令一個動作
有範圍的考試
不用做多餘的思考
不用探討人生的目的
考試唸書考試唸書升學在升學

搞不定
究竟還能幹麻?

然後我踏入了大學

渾渾噩噩的

我又究竟能幹些什麼?

星期一
早上的電腦課起不來
下午西洋哲學史
講話聊天聽課發呆
兩小時的車程回家
頹廢

星期二
早上的外文領域讓我精神緊張
教授的英文怪腔怪調
聽不懂
難度很高的課本
看不懂
下午哲學概論
一個思考題讓我痛苦三小時
頹廢
星期三
中國文化史
中國現代文選導論
我就常翹的一天課
還是頹廢

星期四
英語實習
三個小時的車程來回上兩個小時的課
蹉跎
還是頹廢

星期五
理則學又搞的我痛苦萬分
國文課總是在嘻嘻哈哈
頹廢又頹廢

我想我也許是得了「思考恐懼症」、「學習恐懼症」
只願意閱讀不願意思考
其實

唸了哲學以後
我連閱讀都面臨很大的問題
課本看不懂
講義不理解
教授口沫橫飛
我就鴨子聽雷

唸了哲學以後
我才發現自己也許是個白痴
邏輯理解能力差
詞藻運用能力差
我也許真的是個白痴
該懂的都不懂
不該懂的也不懂

在系圖唸書的時候
互相討論唸哲學的原因
我很平淡
「如果不唸哲學，我想也許我就不唸大學…」

反應是：哇塞!!!!!!

我沒有大家想的這麼優秀
沒有大家想像中這麼聰明

因為不想唸書
不知道自己為何而唸
哲學勉強接受
好像可以為了他花費四年

但我好像後悔了

也許我不適合
也許我沒能力

何必

但連唸書都不會?

我還能做什麼?


公車總站那裡
有一間日式涮涮鍋
吃過一次
人手不足
菜沒洗乾淨
某些角落還滴水
老闆娘跟她年幼的孩子在店裡忙的團團轉
店裡的裝潢其實還很新
好像還看的到一開始老闆娘的夢想一樣
