Conforms to the norm:The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a
safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.
At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. 杜絕大群館99門牌 立委修房屋稅法
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「杜絕取巧規避，保護弱勢居住！」為杜絕日前文化大學大群館分割99戶門牌，未繳21年房屋稅的情況，立法委員王榮璋12日於「房屋稅條例修法」記者會上表示，為符合照顧弱勢家庭的立法意旨，同房屋有2戶以上的所有人，除自住、公住或認定為簡陋房屋外，其餘全部房屋現值應合併計算繳稅，落實租稅正義。台灣勞工陣線主任黃書瑋則表示，政府也應健全整體租屋狀況，確保弱勢族群的居住安全。
民進黨立委王榮璋、李麗芬、鍾孔炤12日，與身心障礙聯盟、台灣女人連線、台灣勞工陣線等團體代表共同召開記者會。針對「房屋稅條例第15條條文」規定住家房屋現值10萬元以下免徵，原意為照顧居住於低價房屋的弱勢族群，卻發生台北市大群館案例，將同1建築物切割為多戶小坪數單位，並分開申請房屋稅籍來避稅，對此3位委員將共同提出修正草案。
王榮璋指出，台北市政府日前曾提出修法，欲將第15條第1項第9款「住家房屋現值在10萬元以下者」，修正為限「自住」。但恐怕修法後會傷害弱勢族群的權益，3位委員提出的版本主張，將排除共同共有等產權繼承複雜、耐用年數屆滿，或遭主管機關認定為簡陋房屋，但其餘10萬元以下房屋要合併計算課稅。
為避免衍生出對鄉下三合院或民眾祖厝課稅的擾民情形，李麗芬補充，僅針對大群館等類似案例，在同一建築物持有多戶住家房屋且出租牟利者，應將各戶房屋現值合併計算，如併計後超過10萬元，即應依法繳納房屋稅，以符租稅公平
身心障礙聯盟秘書長滕西華表示，根據《住宅政策白皮書》，6都有高達8成房屋自有率，但沒有合理稅率，她指出，弱勢族群薪資低、負擔貸款能力弱，只能住屋況較差的房屋，即使在這樣的情況下，全國117萬名身心障礙者中，有15.71%都如實納稅。
台灣勞工陣線主任黃書瑋指出，根據國際原則，30%薪資付租金是最合理的情況，但台北市勞工卻必須用58%的薪資去付租金。此外，台北市勞工租屋的數量也不到總租屋數的5%。他建議，除了稅收制度外，政府也應對弱勢族群提供所得稅減免、租稅補助等措施。
