隨著狂犬病（Rabies） 疫情持續緊繃，台灣各地陸續傳出棄養問題，為了傳遞民眾正確的知識，且替流浪動物祈福，「中華民國流浪動物花園協會」推出「為寶貝繫上黃絲帶，為落難動物求平安」公益活動，這場靜革命也掀起了蝴蝶效應，自8月28日 展開迄今，已募集超過兩千組祈福照片，持續邁向3千張照片。
流浪動物花園協會理事長Rose表示，如同聖雄甘地說「一個國家道德進步與偉大的程度，可用他們對待動物的方式來衡量。」動保絕對是一種教育，教育無法一蹴可幾、立竿見影，但我們可以像春雨一樣，用愛心滋潤未來的台灣大地。我們相信弱勢族群也可以有尊嚴，可以不悲情、不激情，用理性呼籲我們的社會邁向文明！

日本「朝日新聞」、「產經新聞」等都報導今天日本外務省部分外交文件解密的內容。其中包括，在日本與中國大陸建交後，大陸總理華國鋒於1980年5月訪日之前，日本政府事先向大陸方面表示，很關切華國鋒訪日期間將發表談話的內容。
1980年4月17日的極機密電文顯示，日本外務省事先與駐日的中國大使館做溝通，表示「如果在記者會上做出刺激日方的發言，訪日的成果將大受損傷。」
駐日中國大使館方面回覆說：「將向本國報告。」後來，華國鋒的談話中並未提及釣魚台。
1980年5月22日的密電顯示，日本政府擔憂右翼份子反彈，因此事先告知中國大陸方面，希望不要談及有關日皇訪問中國大陸的事。
此外，日本外務省為了要製造機會讓日本民眾知道華國鋒這號人物，當時考慮過在東京後樂園球場的巨人隊對大洋隊比賽時，安排一場華國鋒的開球儀式，並評估如果在5萬名球迷面前，由巨人隊職棒選手王貞治擔任打擊的話，舞台效果將達滿分。
當時的日本外務省中國課長所彙整的內部文件指出，此舉是希望讓更多日本人民更認識華國鋒。日本外務省向駐日的中國大使表示，有別於周恩來、鄧小平，日本民眾都不知華國鋒，所以一定要多加宣傳。
不過，日本警方擔憂警備工作無法做到萬全的程度，強烈反彈，還說出：「那就先請外務大臣拿辭呈來」。後來，日本政府安排華國鋒在日本放送協會（NHK）會館進行演講。1060112
