第三屆由中國臺灣地區“經濟部商業司”主辦、國際平面設計社團協會（ICOGRADA）認可及日本平面設計協會（JAGDA）支持的「2007中國臺灣國際海報設計獎」，共計收到來自42個不同國傢、地區，1,811幅設計作品。此次設計競賽活動於9月17-18日邀請10位國際知名設計界評審進行評審工作，包括法國Michel Bouvet、韓國Don Ryun Chang 、美國Chaz Maviyane-Davies、日本福田繁雄會長、捷克Jan Rajlich Jr.、波蘭Maria Kurpik、瑞士Ronald Curchod，並搭配中國臺灣師范大學林盤聳教授、劉開設計師及廖哲夫設計師。本次競賽共計選出147件作品（22件得獎及125件優選），其中包括全場大獎、ICOGRADA Excellence Award、JAGDA Excellence Award與特定專題（人道關懷）、自由創作（分為商業用途及推廣）兩類三項之金、銀、銅獎及評審特別獎。 獲獎及優選名單如下： Awards 序號 獎項
