The infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by Britax Römer offers

(not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.
At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The
built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.
The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The
side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.
The
5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. The padded headrest as well as the shoulder straps can be adjusted easily and with only one hand - that way, they can be adapted perfectly to the size of your child.

睪丸扭轉360度！男忍七天結果GG

大陸一名16歲少年日前半夜常熟睡時，突然被睪丸劇痛驚醒，並出現嘔吐症狀，家人見狀便讓他吃止痛藥止痛，不料事隔七天疼痛依然存在，這才讓他趕緊就醫，不料醫生檢查後，確診少年睪丸扭轉360度，且睪丸已壞死，只能切除。

綜合外媒報導，廣州湛江一名少年半夜睡覺時，突然感到左側睪丸劇痛，且出現噁心嘔吐的症狀，不料因少年居住農村，住家到醫院交通不便，便先吃止痛藥緩解，不過情況卻一直沒有好轉，直到第七天仍疼痛難忍，且睪丸出現發紅腫脹，這讓家人驚慌趕緊將他送往醫院。
事後，醫師檢查後發現，少年的左側睪丸扭轉了360度且已發黑壞死，只能將左側睪丸進行切除手術。醫生表示，睪丸扭轉可發生在男性各個年齡層，在18歲以前的青少年患病率最高，一旦發生異狀就應該及時就診，否則後果不堪設想。

共讀促進語言能力 零歲開始培養
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】不足兩歲的娃娃們與家長們一起玩拼圖遊戲、哼兒歌，透過閱讀闖關遊戲，不知不覺中增進語言能力！馬偕兒童醫院12日舉辦「親子共讀研討會暨闖關活動」，馬偕兒童神經科主治醫師陳慧如表示，許多孩童語言能力發展不好，是因為家長領導技巧不足，透過親子共讀繪本，能增進溝通技巧，並替未來閱讀能力定下基礎。陳慧如強調，親子共讀從零歲就要開始培養，超過兩歲便很難養成習慣。
「美國兒科醫學會早在2014年即將『家長應盡早念故事書給孩子聽』，納入兒童照護的重要政策。」馬偕醫院副院長李宏昌表示，對於有語言障礙的孩子，親子共讀不僅僅是治療，也能幫助正常孩童的語言發展。目前親子共讀已經納入醫院評鑑項目，鼓勵醫護人員推廣。陳慧如表示，兩歲以前是共讀習慣養成的關鍵時期，若孩子超過兩歲，「容易坐不住，需要花更多時間培養閱讀習慣。」
針對家長擔心娃娃根本聽不懂故事內容，陳慧如指出，家長必須讓孩子從小習慣閱讀，習慣書本這項玩具，再導入較長的閱讀，孩子比較不會排斥，也比較願意坐下來聆聽更長的故事內容。陳慧如建議，圖畫是孩童較早接觸的媒介，家長可以先讓孩子接觸50%以上為圖畫的繪本，掌握「對話式共讀」的方式，讓孩子針對圖片進行發問，從圖像建構到故事解說來培養認知功能。
陳慧如表示，繪本的選擇必須根據孩童的能力，例如有孩子發音總類較少，只會ㄅ或ㄇ等較簡單的音，會適合發音遊戲類的書籍或者韻文，「因為有旋律感、發音一致，可以多學狀聲詞。」等到孩子有發音動機，可以透過圖卡開始學單字。接下來進展到句子，家長應找重複句型、固定問答形式的書籍，讓孩子模仿句型，增進語言技巧。
「如果孩子語言發展遲緩，不一定是孩子本身能力不足，而是家庭環境引導技巧不佳。」陳慧如表示，馬偕兒童醫院舉辦「小星星閱讀家庭」教導家長講故事技巧，當場示範語調、表情和動作，讓家長學習抓住孩子的注意力，使許多孩童未經語言復健，便於短期內增加了語言能力。但陳慧如強調，若家長懷疑孩子有語言障礙，應先尋求醫師評估語言復健的必要性。
