紅人隊 Ivan De Jesus Jr. 台北時間9日對費城人之戰，6局下轟出致勝的2分彈，這是他大聯盟生涯的第1支全壘打，終場紅人6比4擊敗費城人，更重要的是紅人終於突破「天敵」費城人的先發投手 Cole Hamels。
Cole Hamels過去幾年，是紅人隊的剋星，此戰之前，他對紅人14場先發，包括季後賽，10勝0敗、防禦率僅1.45，2010年季後賽還曾在季後賽投出完封勝，而Hamels先發的14場比賽，費城人隊都贏球。
但Cole Hamels對紅人的不敗神話，今天毀在名不見經傳的 Ivan De Jesus Jr. 的手裡，28歲的 Ivan De Jesus Jr. 在2011年效力道奇時，就曾在大聯盟亮相，2012年季中被交易至紅襪隊，這幾年，他一直在3A奮戰，日前才被紅人隊升上大聯盟，今天只是他本季在大聯盟第2場出賽。
紅人與費城人打完5局，3比3平手，6局下Zack Cozart先敲安打，接著Ivan De Jesus Jr.轟出2分砲，一棒把Cole Hamels打落谷底。
Cole Hamels此戰先發6局被擊出8支安打包括1轟，失5分，吞下生涯對紅人的第1場敗投，本季戰績5勝5敗。紅人隊Mike Leake 先發6局被擊出10支安打失3分、2分責失，拿到勝投（3勝4敗），Aroldis Chapman救援成功（11救援）。
紅人隊Zack Cozart隨後在8局下也轟出陽春彈（本季第8轟），費城人隊Maikel Franco此戰擊出3支安打，是打擊表現最好的球員。
