The footmuff Lo-Go Melange supplies your child with maximum protection from the wet and cold. Trendy
water-resistant and
draughtproof high-tech fabric on the outside is combined with a cuddly filling made of high-bulk spun fibre as well as a super cosy micro-terry cloth on the inside. This combination will make your little one feel cosy and cuddled up.
This footmuff is equipped with a
wipeable foot area that can be opened if required. Non-Slip material in the seating section as well as an additional Velcro fastener make Odenwälder's footmuff Lo-Go Melange stay put when attached to your buggy or pram. In case of hard wind or rainfall, you can easily create a mummy-shaped head area that prevents wet and wind from reaching your child.
Clip-up fasteners keep the footmuff wide open. This way, you can lift your little one in and out of the footmuff without any effort. When opened, Odenwälder's Lo-Go can be used as a practical changing mat or soft playing blanket.

美國總統川普有意改革H-1B工作簽證，不確定性讓許多外國高技術勞工備受煎熬，此時加拿大積極向美國的外籍人才招手。

美國總統川普矢言改革核發給外籍高技能勞工的H-1B工作簽證，但至今尚未提出具體辦法，令外國高技術勞工和美國雇主惶惶不安。在此同時，北方的加拿大正加緊腳步，積極向美國的外籍人才招手，以充實本國的科技實力。
加拿大政府日前宣布，未來3年將額外核發超過100萬張永久居留證，占年度全國總人口將近1％。加國2017年迎接超過28.6萬名新永久居
下殺便宜民，今年人數可望達到35萬人。
加國勞動力逐漸老化
加拿大移民部長胡森（Ahmed Hussen）表示，加拿大能成為強勁和活躍的國家，有很大一部分是移民的貢獻。本身是索馬利亞移民的胡森指出，加拿大的人口逐漸老化，出生率也日益下滑，新移民能協助抵消這些劣勢，同時強化加國的勞動力。
相較於加國對移民友善的立場，包含美國在內的西方國家卻緊縮移民政策。正當外國人才因為美國簽證感到苦惱時，加拿大的企業嗅到機會。加國科技業多年來努力吸引矽谷的人才北上，而川普的移民政策助他們一臂之力。
加拿大企業家羅吉（Irfhan Rawji）去年創立MobSquad公司，專門協助科技公司將軟體工程師和其他高科技勞工遷移至加拿大。他時常前往矽谷向外籍人才推銷「北上」這個選項。
他說：「協助外籍勞工轉移陣地至加拿大的作業時間不用四周，比他們打包家當的時間還短。」
印度籍的穆拉麗（Akshaya Murali）在美國工作將近10年，雇主包括微軟和旅遊訂票網站Expedia。對穆拉麗而言，搬遷至多倫多代表為簽證操煩的日子已經結束，她與家人皆順利申請到加拿大的永久居留證。
穆拉麗的雇主Remitly與MobSquad合作，將她的工作移至加拿大。MobSquad與Remitly簽定合約，再聘請穆拉麗在多倫多為Remitly做相同的工作－資深產品經理。
穆拉麗在2018年10月前往加拿大定居，她說：「加拿大是養育小孩的好地方，這裡對家庭很友善，唯一的問題就是天氣。」
美工作簽證遠遠不足
美國每年發出8.5萬張H-1B工作簽證，但申請人數遠遠超過配額。美國主要用抽籤來決定簽證核發對象，但川普對這種方式大感不滿。
據科技業高階主管、移民律師和搬出矽谷的民眾表示，矽谷的簽證焦慮並不是由川普引起，但川普的政策和反移民論調讓問題惡化。
川普上任未滿百日便簽署「買美國貨，雇美國人」的行政命令，美國國土安全部因此得重新檢視H-1B專業人士簽證規定，對申請者進行更嚴格的審查。申請遭拒和要求補件的案例大幅增加，也讓申請簽證變成大型企業和移民社群的熱門話題。
反觀加拿大的主要政黨大致支持移民人數增加，前提是他們擁有技術專長。2017年加拿大總理杜魯道（Justin Trudeau）推出全球人才計畫（Global Talent Stream），目的是加速核發工作簽證給從事科學和科技領域的移民。
審查通過的申請者能在幾周內拿到簽證，配偶和子女也能獲得就業或就學許可，提供外籍人才渴望的穩定。
