Created from a reformed apartment building that was built during the early Showa period, Guest House Tomoya offers a Japanese-style retro atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the Showa period decor that has been preserved within the guest rooms and interior of the modern-style guest house.

捐血做愛心這個小小的舉動，可能成為他人的救命關鍵，不過一名女網友在臉書社團「爆怨公社」中表示，她心血來潮去捐血，捐完血後卻遭到路上兩名濃妝妹狠酸「有夠俗！」原因卻只是因為她穿著短褲及拖鞋，心中感到無限莫名。
該名女網友在文中說道：「天氣很熱所以就短褲拖鞋出發，走出捐血站後遇到兩個穿著套裝化著濃妝的女生，很像做直銷的，她們就打量我幾眼，然後跟在我後面走」，接著其中一位女生開口：「欸，怎麼會有人穿那麼隨便來捐血啊，好有勇氣哦」，另一位女生則接著回應：「短褲拖鞋耶！有夠俗的！」
該名女網友表示，瞬間心底無限白眼，且說：「老娘走隨性風不行嗎？原來穿短褲拖鞋不能去捐血啊！我下次要盛裝打扮化大濃妝去捐血嗎？」
文章一推出，引起網友們議論紛紛，「是捐血，不是走秀丫，他們有問題喔！」「就捐血而已又不是要相親，幹嘛盛裝打扮」、「不然是要穿比基尼和丁字褲，來增加其他人的出血量嗎？」「怎麼那麼莫名其妙」、「濃妝豔抹血液會含鉛啊！」
今年第 18 號颱風「泰利」路徑持續北偏，且仍有增強趨勢，氣象局已於下午 2 點半針對其發布海上警報，並預計可能在明（13）日凌晨後發布陸上警報。臉書專頁「天氣即時預報」指出，目前路徑已調至由北部海面通過，對台影響減輕，但北部及宜蘭地區仍要留意天氣狀況。
據「天氣即時預報」發布資訊顯示，依氣象局發布海警與後續路徑觀察，泰利颱風僅有暴風圈邊緣會觸及北部陸地，對台灣各地的影響，以北北基、桃園、新竹、苗栗山區，以及宜蘭地區有較大影響，須特別留意風雨。苗栗（平地）、中彰投、北花蓮、馬祖則是偶有陣風、陣雨；雲林、嘉義、澎湖、金門、南花蓮地區則稍有陣風、陣雨，而南部地區及台東僅些微陣風、陣雨，幾乎無感。
至於何時影響較明顯？「天氣即時預報」預估，其時間點應是明（13）日下半天至後天（14日）上半天，尤其北部陸海空交通可能都會受影響。整體而言，泰利颱風後續路徑走向，對於中南部及花東地區影響較小，反倒是北部地區可能感受到暴風圈邊緣的風雨，雖不受泰利颱風直接侵襲，但還是要提醒北部、宜蘭地區民眾做好防颱準備。
此外，「天氣即時預報」也說，預計明日下半天至周四上半天，北部及宜蘭地區有機會放颱風假，其他地區機會不大，但實際情況仍須以各地縣市政府公布資訊為準。
