聯開宅喪失社會住宅精神 民陣?算帳團要求調降租金

人民民主陣線異於常人算障團在9月16日來到台北市議會大門前抗議，認為公共住宅捷運聯開宅租金過高，導致身心障礙者入住困難，八月底台北市都市發展局公佈的二次招租條件中，未調降租金，而是放寬所得限制，民陣?算帳團擔憂此舉會排除中下階層。台北市長柯文哲在進入市議會前僅接過陳情書，沒有回應訴求。民陣?算帳團強調公共住宅不是商業宅，因此將號召弱勢族群於10月19日前往都發局領表登記，表達居住需求與心聲。
「一開始就做錯了。」民陣?算帳團成員周志文指出，捷運聯開宅是社會住宅，租金不應該太高。從今年6月到現在抗議多次，主要訴求之一就是調降捷運聯開宅的租金，捷運聯開宅是最適合重障者的公共住宅，交通最便利，周志文認為最方便的東西應該給最需要的人，因此希望調降租金，讓重障者能住進捷運聯開宅。
