This property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for all reservations.
The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.

雲林縣林姓毒販縱橫濁水溪建立毒品買賣的地盤，為了怕被黑吃黑，不僅擁槍自重，還火力強大宛如兵工廠。彰化縣警局刑大偵二隊根據線報，發現林姓主嫌匿藏在雲林縣斗六市，經發動攻堅將他逮捕，查扣七把槍械、700多公克海洛因、大麻等毒品，正擴大追捕販毒成員。
毒販林信典（44歲）在雲林縣斗六市租屋販毒。他擔心遭黑吃黑，還上網學習改造槍枝的技術，結果日前試射時，不慎走火打傷左手手掌。他怕到醫院治療會被抓，自行至藥房買消毒藥水及紗布包紮。

林信典在道上被封「毒品大亨」生意做得大、毒品多到放到哪裡都忘記藏在哪裡。警方表示，執行搜索，林嫌主動告知警方毒品藏放處所，卻多有遺漏，直至從滿佈灰塵、許久未使用的包包及木櫃中將幾十公克海洛因取出，林嫌才想起還有毒品藏放於內。警方不禁搖頭，第一次看到有人販毒行情這麼好。
彰化縣警局刑警大隊副大隊長許忠彥表示，警方在斗六市一處公寓查獲毒販林信典(44歲，台南人)，當場起出大麻4.5公克、海洛因426.76公克、安非他命287公克、5把改造手槍，子彈96顆及毒品，改造槍械(半成品)2支、彈匣5個、槍管(已貫通)7支、改造槍彈工具一批及疑似販賣毒品所得新臺幣189萬5000元。警方偵訊後，7日將林嫌依涉嫌毒品危害防制條例、槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例等罪嫌移送臺灣彰化地方法院檢察署偵辦。
