The infant car seat "Rock" which conforms to the latest safety standards is Maxi-Cosi's second i-Size infant car seat on the market. It is suitable for children with a size of 45 to 75 cm.

Conforms to the norm:Maxi-Cosi's infant car seat is part of the FamilyFix One i-Size concept and is to be attached to your car in a
rear-facing mode only. Attaching the infant car seat by using the 2Way Fix Base
(not included in delivery!) is recommended. The i-Size norm is maintained with only one click. Thanks to Isofix, this is the safest, fasted and easiest way to attach the Maxi-Cosi "Rock" to your car. Alternatively, the infant car seat "Rock" can be fastened with your car's own seat belt and then conforms to the norm ECE R44/ 04.
This comfortable infant car seat comes with a
cosy seat insert which is perfect for the first weeks and months of your little one. It embraces your child and provides both a
superior lying position and additional protection. The particularly soft padding adds some extra comfort.
Innovative, shock-absorbing materials on the upper side wings provide maximum safety in case of a side impact.
An
integrated five-point harness with soft pads keeps your little one well protected from the very first day on. A sun canopy supplies your child with privacy and a shady spot.

中研院新發現 包住抗癌藥直達癌細胞
（中央社記者余曉涵台北15日電）中研院生物醫學研究所研究員羅傅倫發現一種簡單且通用的化學方法，讓抗癌藥物可穩定留在奈米微脂體中，一路直達癌細胞，減少抗癌藥對人體的毒性外，還可增加癌細胞中的抗癌藥物。
中央研究院今天舉行「包得住抗癌藥！生醫所研究成果發表」記者會，中研院生物醫學研究所研究員羅傅倫說，他率領的研究團隊，發現一種新的方法，可以讓抗癌藥物直達癌細胞中。
羅傅倫解釋，現行的方式是將化療的抗癌藥物放在奈米微脂體中，再透過奈米微脂體的移動，將藥物傳

羅傅倫說，但奈米微脂體移動的過程中，抗癌藥物很容易就釋放出來，不僅會降低送到癌細胞的有效藥物劑量，更會引發全身毒性。
因此羅傅倫研究團隊設計出一種化學開關「醣（草-早+甘）化學開關」，利用酸鹼值在微脂體內外進行轉化。
羅傅倫說，簡單
超人氣商品人氣商品排行榜來說，如果先把化學開關連結在抗癌藥物上，並放進奈米微脂體中，就能讓抗癌藥物留在奈米微脂體中，並直達癌細胞後，透過酵素催化，打開奈米微脂體跟「糖（草-早+甘）化學開關」，釋放出抗癌藥物，達到治療效果。
羅傅倫指出，即使奈米微脂體移動的過程中，抗癌藥物不小心離開奈米微脂體，但也因「糖（草-早+甘）化學開關」並未打開，因此並無毒性。
羅傅倫說，研究顯示帶有人類乳腺癌腫瘤的小鼠，接受這種帶有「糖（草-早+甘）化學開關」的抗癌藥物後，腫瘤中可以檢測到高濃度的抗癌藥物，且大多數帶有腫瘤的小鼠能夠完全治癒，且沒有明顯的毒性副作用。
除了人類乳腺癌細胞外，目前研究也著眼於胰臟癌、大腸癌合併肝轉移的治療方法，並用此方法合成有效的抗癌微脂體藥物，降低化療藥的副作用，未來進一步透過小鼠實驗研究，建立抗癌新平台。
羅傅倫研究團隊的研究成果，也在今年5月10日登上國際期刊「自然通訊」（Nature Communications）。（編輯：黃于）1070615
