開飛機前疑喝醉酒 美國航空機師遭逮捕
美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，美國航空公司（American Airlines）一名機師自英國曼徹斯特機場（Manchester Airport）準備起飛前數分鐘前，疑似因為飲酒而遭到逮捕。
根據大曼徹斯特警察局（Greater Manchester Police）聲明，在獲報一名機師「可能受到酒精影響」後，警方在7日上午11時前不久趕到現場。
警方表示，一名62歲男性遭到逮捕，已交保等待進一步調查。
英國聯合社指出，這名未透露姓名的機師原訂昨天上午11時5分自曼徹斯特飛往美國費城，但這架班次AA735客機因機師被捕取消航班。
美航發布聲明證實這名員工已遭拘留，並指出：「安全是本公司最高優先事項，對導致我們乘客旅遊計畫受到阻礙，我們深感抱歉。」
在飲酒規定方面，機師遵守的標準較汽車駕駛更加嚴格。機師血液酒測值每100毫升不得超過20毫克。
中醫貼三伏 過敏感冒大掃除
衞生福利部立朴子醫院表示，三伏天指的是一年24節氣中最熱，陽氣最旺的時段，也是春夏養陽、冬病夏治調養人體陽氣最佳時機，有反覆感冒、過敏性鼻炎、氣喘等體質偏寒的民眾，都可以利用節氣進行三伏貼理氣的保健醫療。朴子醫院李昌諴博士指出，氣溫的高低有變化，所以在夏至之後貼敷三伏貼就有一定的效果，初伏至末伏之間的這段，可選擇使用三伏貼，每貼一次間隔7至10天即可再貼，所以民眾出外旅遊錯過時間，在初伏到末伏這段期間是可以補救的，或末伏延後10天內，都還可以加強或補貼。李昌諴說，2018年三伏貼期間可分，初伏(7/17)可貼期間：7月16日(一)至7月20日(五)，中伏(7/27)可貼期間：7月23日(一)至7月27日(五)及末伏(8/16)可貼期間：8月13日(一)至8月17日(五)；是否有不適三伏貼的對象，李昌諴提醒，因為三伏貼是藥性溫熱的藥餅貼製成，有活血作用，因此孕婦，1歲以下的嬰兒，有感冒喉嚨痛咳嗽等症狀都不適合使用。李昌諴表示，皮膚有蟹足腫體質、貼敷部位要避開傷口，或者皮膚過敏者要慎用，成人每次接受三伏貼藥餅的時間可調整約2-3小時即可取下，小朋友0.5-1小時為宜，貼後穴位如有輕微紅癢情形，是藥物對穴道刺激的正常現象，但是若有腫癢紅疹情形，就要立刻取下；敷貼藥餅期間不宜在陽光下過度曝曬，不宜久處於冷氣房、洗冷水澡或游泳，以避免降低敷貼藥效；飲食方面應避免攝取冰飲、生冷水果、辛辣、海鮮及菸酒，宜多喝溫開水，以清淡食物為主。李昌諴說：「每年夏至之後，常有許多對養生經驗豐富的民眾，善用炎熱節氣，貼上三伏貼藥餅，不僅可以調理身體調養氣血，還可以減少季節變換引起過敏的頻率，達到預防醫學的效果」。 ▲三伏貼可行預防醫學。（圖／朴子醫院提供 , 2018.07.20）
