The Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus can be installed in your car either by using the car's own seat belt or the Maxi-Cosi 2Way Fix (not included in delivery). If you use the infant car seat in combination with the 2Way Fix, its base is to be attached to the Isofix hooks in your vehicle - this way, a strong and solid connection with the car's body is ensured. With only one click you can then attach the Pebble Plus to the 2Way Fix. If the infant car seat is to be installed in your car by using the regular seat belt, special belt positioners reduce the risk of misuse.

不吃早餐容易膽結石？醫學教授這樣說
【早安健康／科學的養生保健．林慶順教授】幾天前（2018-5-14）一位署名Eric Lo的讀者利用本網站的「與我聯絡」詢問：
本人想嘗試早餐斷食，但坊間好多資料，話唔食早餐容易有膽結石，請問你的意見如何？多謝你的意見分析！
的確，坊間是有一大堆中文和英文資料，說不吃早餐容易造成膽結石，而且，其中不乏是出自醫師和營養師之筆。只不過，很不幸地，這些傳說頂多也就是「看一個影，生一個子」（台語，言之過早）。
在醫學文獻裡，僅有一篇真正有關「
不吃早餐與膽結石風險
」的研究報告。它的標題是 Meal frequency and duration of overnight fast: a role in gall-stone formation?（進食頻率和過夜禁食時間長度：會造成膽結石嗎？）。
其實，這篇所謂的研究報告，就只是僅僅佔了半頁的「短報」（Short Report），而且是發表在很久以前的1981年。
本日限時刷卡優惠 研究共分析了47對條件相當的女性，而其中的半數患有膽結石（實驗組），另一半則沒有膽結石（對照組）。
結果發現，在47位患有膽結石的女性當中，有11位是完全不吃早餐的，而在47位沒有患膽結石的女性當中，則只有4位是完全不吃早餐的。
這樣的結果當然是值得注意，但是，離「不吃早餐造成膽結石」還差得很遠。所以，研究報告的標題才會打個問號，表示無法確定。
不管如何，在「吃早餐」與「不吃早餐」之間，唯一不同的地方是，前者禁食的時間大約是12小時（晚上7點到隔天早上7點），而後者則大約是17小時（晚上7點到隔天中午12點）。
所以，在1998年有另一篇研究報告調查「過夜禁食時間長短與膽結石風險」的關聯性。它的標題是， Diet and gallstones in Italy: the cross-sectional MICOL results（在意大利的飲食和膽結石：MICOL的橫斷性結果）。
調查結果是，禁食長過12小時的人，比禁食短於12小時的人，患膽結石的風險高約30%。
請注意，這項研究並非是在調查吃或不吃早餐，而是在調查過夜禁食時間是多或少於12小時。

也就是說，根據這項研究結果，如果您的習慣是，在晚上7點吃完最後一嘴晚餐，然後在隔天早上7點01分（或之後）才吃進第一嘴早餐，那您就屬於會患膽結石的高風險族群。

不管如何，在我跟您透漏我是否患了膽結石之前，我再提供給您一篇禁食與膽結石關聯性的研究報告。
大家都知道，在齋月（Ramadan）期間，穆斯林是必須在每天日出與日落之間禁食。所以，醫學界對於這種習俗是否有害健康，高度好奇。
在2006年有一篇研究報告，它的標題是 The effect of season and Ramadan fasting on the onset of acute cholecystitis（季節和齋月禁食對急性膽囊炎發作的影響）。
研究結果之一是，齋月禁食不會增加膽結石的風險。
所以，從這三篇絕無僅有的，跟「不吃早餐與膽結石風險」直接或間接相關的研究報告來看，這種風險是否真的存在，敝人實在不得不說：抱持高度懷疑。
