（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣25日電）苗栗縣政府舉辦2017「施情畫義．千動愛心」活動，由在地藝術家及美術社團無償創作660件作品，即日開放民眾以1幅2000元認購，捐助縣內6間社福機構，做公益也可收藏藝品。
苗栗縣文化觀光局今天舉辦「施情畫義．千動愛心」美術特展開幕式，縣長徐耀昌、中油台探事業部副執行長陳大麟僅此一檔、台電通霄電廠廠長洪福洋及縣內各美術社團理事長、社福機構人員與會，歡迎民眾踴躍響應公益，為社會注入暖流。
「施情畫義．千動愛心」美術特展暨愛心活動，邀請縣內藝文社團及藝術家無償提供創作，共募集到660件各式水墨、書法、油畫、攝影、水彩、陶藝、木雕等作品，中油及台電公司各贊助新台幣60萬元經費協助裱框等作業，即日起至2月26日，在文觀局第一展覽室、山月軒、中興畫廊展出。
文觀局長彭德俊指出，民眾只要捐款2000元給縣內家扶、幼安、華嚴、廣愛、新苗及聖家6間慈善團體，就能收藏藝術家原創作品1件，並於2月26日閉幕式當天，以抽籤方式決定獲得作品。
文觀局表示，民眾即日起至2月19日可以郵政劃撥至機構專戶，並註明「施情畫義．千動愛心」，填妥個人姓名電話地址等資料；或是前往各機構、文觀局臨櫃捐款，希望藉由藝品義賣集結大眾慈善力量，挹注照顧弱勢團體。1060125
