男人年過50歲要當心！ 攝護腺癌2成發現已轉移

根據統計，攝護腺癌好發在50歲以上的國人男性，且因為人口老化及飲食西化的衝擊，在台灣，罹癌人數有逐年上升的趨勢，新光醫院外科部部長黃一勝提醒，由於早期無症狀，有2成左右的病人在診斷時已經屬於轉移性攝護腺癌。
今年70歲的顏先生，因攝護腺肥大，做過手術，切除部份化驗皆屬良性，但經過1年多，又開始排尿異常，出現夜間頻尿，且尿中斷斷續續有血，雖再經切片檢查也正常，但最後肛內指診確定有異常，第4次切片檢查才驗出已罹患攝護腺癌第4期，已擴散至周圍。
黃一勝表示，最後先用荷爾蒙療法，讓癌細胞縮小，再以達文西機器人輔助攝護腺全切除，術後顏先生復原良好，回診追蹤至今已超過4年，檢查結果一切正常。
攝護腺癌是國人男性十大癌症的第5名，台灣每年有約近5000名攝護腺癌新個案，其中8成為局限性攝護腺癌，即癌細胞尚未轉移到淋巴結、骨頭、肺或肝等遠處器官，但還是有2成發現較晚。
黃一勝說，對早期（第1、2期）局限性攝護腺癌來說，可以接受開刀或是局部放射線治療，而晚期（第3、4期）轉移性攝護腺癌，目前仍以荷爾蒙療法為主，但1到2年後，還需化療或標靶、免疫療法，才能延長存活時間。
黃一勝強調，在機器人輔助攝護腺切除術和放射治療技術的進步下，副作用已經更少，使局限性攝護腺癌的治療更安全、更有效，也使得一些專家開始探討這些用於局部性攝護腺癌的治療方式是否也能使用在轉移性攝護腺癌上，而陸續也已有越來越多研究證明了局部根除性攝護腺切除術可以讓轉移性攝護腺癌的患者有更高的整體存活率與較低的癌症相關死亡率。
攝護腺癌若早期發現、早期治療是可能根除的，醫師建議，男性年過50歲，可每年定期接受肛門指診及PSA（攝護腺特異性抗原）檢查，而有攝護腺癌家族史者，更可提前於45歲接受檢查。

【台灣醒報記者鄭羿菲台北報導】愛樹的民眾有福了！北市動物園提供500棵樹苗，要給民眾用發票兌換
網友一致推薦好康。北市動物園發言人曹先紹7日受訪時表示，再過5天就是「植樹節」，11日上午10點半至11點半，民眾只要到動物區入口處保育牆捐贈3張107年度的發票，就能兌換1株樹苗帶回家照養，其中包括桂花、杜鵑、三角楓等樹種。
每逢植樹節，民間團體就會自行發動「植樹」活動，提倡減碳愛地球理念，城市中的樹木除了可降低市內溫度、美化都市景觀，也常成為野生動物們從郊山到都會來回遷徙旅程中暫停棲息的生態廊道。
曹先紹7日表示，「此次動物園與羅東林管處、台大農學院實驗林合作，推出限量500顆小樹苗，讓民眾捐發票做愛心的同時，也能一起保護綠地。」
民眾只要在11日上午10點半至11點半，攜帶3張發票到動物區入口處保育牆捐贈，就可兌換1株樹苗，共有桂花與杜鵑各150棵、三角楓50棵、土肉桂100棵和毛柿50棵，愛種樹、養樹與植樹的民眾有福了。曹先紹說，「募得的愛心發票，將全數捐給宜蘭縣聯合勸募基金會等社福單位，幫助更多弱勢家庭改善生活品質，歡迎大家一起來善盡地球公民的義務和責任。」
