透過宛儒老師的引進開啟了我對肚皮舞世界的那一扇窗，因緣際會受教於美煖老師。感謝此二位我肚皮舞的啟蒙老師，讓我30歲以後的人生截然不同。
在接觸肚皮舞之前，我是個整天沉浸在金錢數字工作中的人，對人冷漠是一種習慣，總覺得日子就是這樣一天天的過下去.........原來好運是會來敲門的，經由媒體介紹，讓我看到了一位極為美艷的女子，有雙神秘的眼，穿著我夢中1001夜公主的衣裳，舞動著柔美的舞蹈，透過她的介紹，讓我知道這就是『肚皮舞』。就這樣，展開了我夢寐以求追尋肚皮舞文化的足跡。對我來說，舞動肚皮可以讓我單純得快樂著，隨著中東特有的音律，變換著肢體動作，透過這樣的舞蹈，訴說著千年來女性不變的心聲 ~~~ 對【愛】與【夢】的追尋，所以現在的我不再以冷漠包裝自己，而是永遠微笑的『常青』。

It was Violet who led me into the world of belly dance, and I thus started learning belly dance with Carol. Special thanks to these two ladies. They changed my life.

Before I started learning belly dance, my life was all about money, numbers and work. I’m used to being cold to everyone, and I thought life will be like this for the rest of my life. Luckily, one day on TV, I saw a gorgeous woman with mysterious eyes, wearing dreamy exotic costumes, dancing beautifully. I learned that her performance was ”belly dance.” I started my journey to belly dance since then. For me, dancing simply makes me happy. I love dancing to unique middle-eastern rhythm. Through belly dance, I am telling the story of my heart and many other females’ heart -- our journey to love and dreams. I stop protect myself with coldness. I will always be the 『Smiling Irene』.
