中國人會吃,但不如老外般會享受吧。胃太老實,豈不辜負了老天賜給我們的味蕾?食物入口要慢慢品嚐,除了口慾的享受,也可促進胃液的分泌,幫助消化啊。

The origin of the California roll is somewhat murky, but usually food historians credit Ichiro Mashita, sushi chef at the Tokyo Kaikan in Los Angeles with inventing the roll in the early 1970s. Mashita realized the oily texture of avocado was a perfect substitute for toro (tuna). He also eventually made the roll "inside-out", i.e. uramaki, because Americans did not like seeing and chewing the nori on the outside of the roll. [2] (Traditionally sushi rolls are wrapped with nori on the outside.) After becoming the most popular in southern California it eventually became popular all across the United States by the 1980s.
