故事講述一個英國少女在美國紐約尋找愛
她剛與倫敦的男友分手，決定到紐約一試
但到處碰釘，男友換了一個又一個
仍然未能找到真愛

奇怪，一邊聽着聽着，覺得故事很熟悉...

所有的歌我都很喜歡
觀眾到最後都不知道少女的名字
反而對她的男友們卻十分了解
其實少女叫什麼名字根本不重要
因為故事只是反映現今男女的關係和愛情觀
令所有觀眾都非常有同感

最後少女經過四段失敗的戀情之後
便向媽媽寫了Fifth letter home
之後便唱出了<<Somewhere, someplace, sometime>>
代表她對尋找真愛的決心
