l`Ambroisie is just a phenomenon!
I heard that Bernard Pacaud will retire within a few years. So, gotta try it if you are in Paris and can afford it. Otherwise, you`ll miss the chance to taste his cuisine which has been/will be a legend in recent French fine dinning history. |

I`ve tried Bastide St Antoine (Grasse) last week, j`etait un peu deçu. The quality and the service were less than "Le Mas Candille" where is one star only.
My husband was disappointed and wrote a mail to Michelin.
