Our bodies have a sophisticated system to maintain all kind of functions going well inside us. Also, the system dealing with chemicals from food affects a body in an either good or bad way. Either too much or too less of food intake could hurt our bodies. In order to be healthy, some try to cut down the intake of food. In this case, the controversial part of being a partial fast is that no one science research shows enough evidences to approve it really works. The debate occurs at the function of chemicals working in a body. It’s always fun to learn things like science news about body.
