Maroon 5 在台灣被翻成「魔力紅」，差點讓我誤以為又是一個偶像芭樂團。但這首《Sunday Morning》裡清新的放克搖滾曲調，加上主唱獨特又帶點慵懶的嗓音吸引了我。
歌詞裡完全沒有提到一個「愛」字，卻用簡簡單單的幾個意象，把男女關係講得甜蜜有趣極了，像是電影裡的小倆口，剛在週六晚上的派對裡吵了架，星期天早上男人醒來，看著窗外的烏濛濛，就像生活的現實難過，但與身邊的女子又兩情缱綣，曉得愛情還是繼續，也是他唯一可以信仰的目標，生活繼續的力量。
然後男人暸解了，於是帶著微笑轉向觀者，開始說他的愛情誓詞，說他絕不想離開，說他願做女人秀髮裡的那朵鮮花…。
誰說流行歌曲沒創意不有趣呢？
好想在星期天早晨，對著某個人，輕快的唱出這首好可愛的歌。
