The one with too many to learn

If you are on the podium, you are not a teacher but a performer.

But, wait a minute, what a performer does on the podium?
I come up with several points. To begine with, always be 100 percent sure to make your students high-spirited. Only when they are attracted by your opening will they have interest in what’s going on in the next minute. To act out this warm-up well, a teacher has to do whatever she/he can to entertain students without thinking about elegance, bravery, or shyness. All a teacher has to do is just do it--but well-prepared.

If you take a seat in the classroom, you are a student, not a viewer.

But, hold down please, what things do viewers look forward?
The following are some ideas I think about:
1. it`s a show time
2. interactive
3. don`t speak the language outside earth
4. come on man, be buddy-buddy

Issue
我是個英文不是太好的人, 記得大學聯考我只有低標而已吧...
可是我既然也莫名其妙考過托福出國念書,然後現在也念到了一個碩士學位，就算別人不說，我自己也嘖嘖稱奇！

how come 一個英文肉腳可以在國外生存? 答案就是&quot盡量不要臉&quot, 我真的很想抱怨台灣的英文學習環境, 我覺得台灣學生的英文並沒有很差, 可是卻很不敢講,不敢用, 我個人覺得最重要的原因是大家不自覺會有種&quot英文夠好才能開始用英文&quot的奇怪觀念, 或是用英文一定要文法完美,發音字正腔圓~
如果不降, 你很可能會被其他同儕笑(明明他們英文也很普),或是被外文系的朋友笑(切身之痛...雖然知道她們不是故意的)

身為一個台灣教出來的學生, 我想建議老師試著讓台灣的孩子們能更心胸開懷地使用英文~

大推,說得很對~~~
台灣的英文學習環境的確如此,
而大多數的人也因為缺乏使用英文的勇氣,
因此想要磨練自己的外語能力可以說是相當困難

大多數的人到了國外留學之後,
通常外語能力都會有大幅的進步,
我想原因無他,就是因為使用的機會多吧!
即使是個害羞內向的人,不太敢用當地語言交談,
但是也會被環境逼得不得不用,如此就能練習了!
而我想我們最缺乏的,大概也就是這種機會了吧~~

the studio belongs to the certain foreign company
our team leader and big boss are foreigners
my English is poor
but i am lucky a lot
my domain knowledge help keeping the position for me
that is to say i got a chance to practice English by free
or maybe the truth is somebody pay me to learn English
