第二屆國小籃球聯賽 521熱鬧開打
: 由教育部體育署主辦的106學年度第二屆「國民小學籃球聯賽（Elementary School Basketball League，簡稱ESBL）」將於5月21日至26日於台北市立陽明高中體育館、國立台灣師範大學附屬高級中學體育館以及台北體育館三場地同時開打。本屆計有71校、88隊、1,808人參與，各校的熱情投入讓參賽數字躍進、規模擴大，也將更多小選手推上全國舞台。
國民小學籃球聯賽係由各縣市先進行縣市預賽，並依各縣市報名隊數按比例錄取進入全國賽，上屆初試啼聲，合計有49隊、1,025名隊職員參加，男、女子組分別由桃園市忠貞國小、宜蘭縣光復國小拿下冠軍。
本屆首度由中華民國大專院校體育總會承辦，今天(7日)開賽記者會現場，不只帶來象徵籃球精神之官方吉祥物「卡特哥」，還特別邀請2017年台北世大運籃球代表隊人氣球星劉人豪與王維琳現身為小選手們打氣。
體育署表示，5月21日至26日共計6天的賽事，觀眾除可至現場欣賞小選手的球技與團隊發揮外，也可上YouTube搜尋「ESBLtv」頻道觀看賽事。
