民進黨總統參選人蔡英文昨天公布，由中研院副院長陳建仁擔任副手；親民黨總統參選人宋楚瑜預計在本週公布副手人選。媒體報導，國民黨總統參選人朱立倫的副手，可能是前勞委會主委王如玄或前衛生署長詹啟賢。
對於陳建仁、王如玄和詹啟賢，立法院長王金平表示，三個人都當過部會首長，都是好人選，國民黨的副總統參選人尚未確定，他無法評論。
王金平：『我沒有辦法評論，因為還沒有確定人選。』『當然他（陳建仁）跟王如玄啦，跟詹啟賢，你們所提的人選，大家都是好人選，他們都當過部會首長，每個人都有每個人的特質。』
