市售燕麥加工差很大 吃錯高熱量變胖

很多人早餐愛吃燕麥，但市面上產品五花八門，有三合一燕麥片、燕麥飲或燕麥棒等，聽起來好像都很健康，那你就錯了！營養師說，細看這些產品的成份，你會發現糖、熱量相當高，燕麥的成份很少，吃多還容易變胖，建議吃最單純的燕麥粒或大燕麥片，營養最完整。
營養師劉怡里：「這個部分你看它煮出來的燕麥這樣稠稠的，其實它就是所謂的β-葡聚糖，那我們俗稱就是水溶性膳食纖維，水溶性膳食纖維其實對三高的人來講是有幫助的。」
營養師說，很多人會加牛奶，但建議最好偶爾換豆漿或優格，均衡營養。
營養師劉怡里：「理論上來講，因為燕麥是屬於比較高的植酸的成份，還有裡面含有比較高的磷的部分，那如果你長期每天都是用燕麥去加牛奶去做搭配，那有可能會影響到這個鈣的吸收。」
燕麥要吃得營養又健康秘訣就是越單純越好。
