疾管署及外交部已將韓國全境列入黃色旅遊警示，眼見韓國MERS疫情持續延燒，民航局除了在日前協調飛韓國線的4家國籍航空退票從寬之外，也持續與其他從台灣飛韓國的外籍航空公司進行協調；截至今天(10日)上午為止，已有5家外籍航空同意從寬退票。
韓國MERS疫情警示已從首爾擴及韓國全境，外交部呼籲民眾應特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往。
為了協助打算取消赴韓旅遊的民眾，避免在機票退票時損失過大，民航局在5日協調飛韓國線的4家國籍航空，包括華航、長榮、華信和復興，只要在5日以前開的票都可以在12日前不分票種退票、免手續費，並持續與其他9家飛韓國線的外籍航空公司協調。截至目前為止，已有大韓、韓亞、國泰、德威航空及酷航等5家外籍航空同意從寬退票。民航局空運組組長韓振華說：『(原音)因為它目前還是黃色，只是從首爾變成全境，那目前國籍航空公司就是飛韓的全部都退了嘛；那現在就是外籍的部分，總共有5家也願意配合不管是退票或是蓋票。就是大韓、韓亞跟國泰航空公司都可以退票、都免手續費；德威航空它就是可以退票，但是要收手續費；那酷航的部分它是可以接受改日期或是改航點，它原則上免收手續費，但是如果有價差的話，那要另外付價差的費用。』
不過韓振華也提醒民眾，除了大韓及韓亞航空是比照國籍航空公司，要在12日前辦理才有退票優惠外，酷航須在15日前辦理、國泰航空則須在18日前辦理、德威航空則無日期限制。
另外還有4家外籍航空包括韓國的釜山、濟州、易斯達等廉價航空以及泰航，目前仍按照國際慣例，只有在發布紅色旅遊警示時，才有退票優惠。
