During the first five months your child feels safest when carried in an inward facing mode. You can choose between two leg positions which are both particularly hip friendly. Your little one's hips are provided with the correct position when your child sits in the carrier with his or her legs wide apart angulated outwards. The headrest that can be adjusted individually, supplies your little one's head and neck with maximum support.
Once your child has reached six months of age you can carry him on the front facing outwards and discovering the world. 女子頸部腫痛以為落枕 居然肺腺癌第四

台中一名45歲張女士，日前脖子卡卡，腫痛，以為落枕，診所以止痛放鬆劑治療，幾天後，脖子還是不舒服，就醫電腦斷層檢查，發現左側淋巴結腫大，轉診到亞大醫院，進一步檢查，確診肺腺癌第四期，癌細胞已擴散到頸部淋巴，因為同時發現上皮表皮因子突變，目前正接受標靶藥物治療。(寇世菁報導)
亞洲大學附屬醫院胸腔內科主治醫師戴芳銓表示，45歲張女士，某天醒來，覺得脖子痛痛、卡卡，先到附近醫院檢查，醫師推斷落枕，吃了止痛放鬆劑，幾天後，依舊不舒服，回到醫院，電腦斷層檢查，發現左側淋巴結腫大，研判病情不單純，轉診到亞大醫院，透過胸部Ｘ光檢查，發現頸部有2公分陰影，經電腦斷層切片和細針抽吸，確診肺腺癌第四期。
戴芳銓醫師指出，患者到診時，左側鎖骨上方腫一大包，一般頸部淋巴腺發炎，直徑不超過２公分，但如果超過２公分且摸起來質地堅硬，可能是惡性腫塊，約80%是由肺部、咽喉、口腔、鼻腔等其他部位轉移而來，女性如果在上鎖骨區發現腫塊，原發癌多半是肺癌，多數會疼痛，預後也不佳。
醫師表示，患者平時生活規律，也沒有抽菸喝酒等壞習慣，發現自己罹患肺癌，如晴天霹靂，研判可能長時間待在通風不佳的廚房，或和近幾年空氣污染有關。 醫師強調，肺腺癌第四期無法透過根治性手術治療，張女士目前透過標靶藥物治療。

「全國港都盃國武術錦標賽」自民國

高雄市體育處表示，高雄社會體育能蓬勃發展，擔任幕後推手的單項委員會功不可沒。國武術委員會主委黃瑞明，歷年來默默耕耘選手培訓及辦理賽事，參賽選手持續成長，從第一屆五百八十六名至今年達到一千五百零五名的高峰，現場觀賽人數連續四年達約三千人。
高雄市是一個運動城市，國武術是個能鍛鍊身體，又能訓練專注力與反應力的運動，高雄市體育會國武術委員會每年辦理全國港都盃國武術錦標賽，期盼將經驗與智慧傳承，培訓更多國武術人才，為國爭光，爭取榮耀，感謝各位市民朋友對高雄市國武術運動的支持。
