秋天的顏色是綠色，男孩圍著秋香綠的圍巾，『遇見100％的女孩』，這是他第一次認識村上春樹的作品，這一年他才18歲，懷春的高中生。
爾後男孩就很喜歡村上春樹的作品，他告訴自己：
如果遇到女孩，10年後都不會忘記﹗

10年後，一次遊行，一個全身黑衣黑褲的女孩在隊伍前面表演行動劇，被緊身衣包裹的肢體，用力揮動體內的熱情，像是表現對體制最大的抗議，男孩遇到100％的女孩﹗

女孩喜歡爵士樂，尤其喜歡Stan Getz的拉丁爵士，那種娓娓呢喃的歌聲，若有似無的秋天感覺。有一天女孩拿著最喜歡的「Getz/Gilberto」的CD，放給男孩聽。音軌正走道「The Girl From Ipanema」女孩說：我最喜歡這首歌，Stan Getz吹奏的薩克斯風毫無壓力的展現Bossa nova的功力，這是一首很單純愛的歌曲，才說著，女孩就喝著音樂哼了起來....

男孩記起村上春樹在『遇見100％的女孩』當中寫到
『1963年，伊帕內瑪姑娘就這樣望著大海出神。而現在，1982年的伊帕內瑪姑娘，依然....』

100％的男孩真的想和100％的女孩永遠相處吧﹗會吧？
他們會是彼此永遠的100％嗎？
