（導演課筆記）共鳴

就在簡單的發聲練習中，我慢慢體會聲音的共鳴是怎麼回事了。
主要是注意聽別人的聲音（主要是很大聲的男演員），然後用肚子而不是用喉嚨發出聲音來（聲音才會延續；而喉嚨不會兩三次發聲就開始痛）。
「共鳴」有幾個我發覺的特點：

1. 一直聆聽他人的聲音（仔細，而不帶批判）
2. 從身體的直覺出發
3. 把聲音放出來（不是用喉嚨大聲吼，而是自然、痛快、不勉強地發出來）

我在小學有參加過合唱團，但是唱得其實滿糟糕，不知道從丹田發聲，在自己身體中共鳴，和別人一起共鳴是什麼意思和感覺，只覺得這些規則像口號；過了好多年以後，終於在上課發聲練習中，領悟到共鳴的感覺，還有樂趣。
讓我很有興趣去體會的是：表演的共鳴，身體感官的共鳴，是怎麼回事。
