3rd Run (I I )

Condition: 我很乖ㄛ...
Temperature: 30 C
Aim : try to stain in low concentration of ethidium bromide.

Procedure:
one gel stain with 5 microgram/mililitter,the other stain with 1, both for 15 mins, then distaining 15 mins.

Discussion:
1. for safety reason, it's better to use as less ethidium bromide as possible.
2. concentration of ethidium bromide doesn't really effect the resolution, but stained with less concentrated EB, gel reflect less if taking photos.

Conclusion:
Use 1 microgram/mililitter of ethidium bromide in future, for better photos, also safety reson.
