1.Santis Malt NAS 40% OB matured in old oak beer cask 500ml Switzerland
C: gold amber
20 N: flower honey, fruit sweet, fresh vanilla, candy, 啤酒花. Some bourbon, grain, cereal
19 T: medium, 藥草味, cream, vanilla, a little dry, wood cask, round and clean
19 F: medium, flower honey, 啤酒花, nutmeg, clove, some wood cask at the end
19 B: somehow balanced, good for nosing
PS.我不知有沒聽錯,K大說這支是參加社團品酒會以來第一次喝到60分以下的酒! My god,真是萬中選一,實屬不易!第一支就有如此表現,拍拍手!
2.Lammerlaw 10yo 43% OB New Zealand
C: yellow
20 N: soy, soybean milk, 麥餿, 糯米, then some brad, malt powder, w/ some hint of peat
19 T: medium, ginger, little dry, bitter, 些許野薑花, peat and powder
18 F: short -> medium, coconut oil, ginger, some sea wind, few variant at the end
18 B: somehow, not my style, better for nosing after some times..
PS.一支蠻有趣帶些許泥煤味暗示的酒,聚說酒廠是100%用當地大麥,是否跟緯度有關,燻大麥也用泥煤塊?
3.Mackmyra The First Edition NAS 46.1% Sweden
C: light yellow
21 N: obviously banana oil, cream, toffee, some apricot, grassy, 松子, nuts
20 T: medium, round and smooth, sweet, lime peal, fresh cream, then some ginger, powder
18 F: medium, vanilla ice cream, sweet, but turns to thin flat wood, few variant at the end
19 B: somehow, better for nosing from begin, but few complexes and boring at the end
PS.不是我今天的最低分,卻是覺得最難喝的ㄧ支! 聽說這支酒是今天被期待會後能被標高的酒(最後結標是x0還是x00?) 早知道送Auction..真是浪費了~
4.Penderyn NAS 46% OB Sherry wood Wales
C: gold amber
20 N: sweet and elegant sherry, refilled? But not good cask, some raisin, cherry, toffee, a little coconut, tropical fruit, banana oil
19 T: medium, medicine, powder, ginger,中藥乾蔘
18 F: short -> medium, 麥餿味, powder ,medicine, liquorices and bitter, few variant and flat
19 B: 酒體稍潰散, only some better nosing
PS.香氣可以接受,但仍是一支不推薦的酒
5.Slyrs Raritas Diaboli 55.7% O B#1179/1747 bot. in 2008 Germany
C: light yellow
22 N: apricot, melon peal, some fresh prune, green apple peal, w/ some banana oil
20 T: medium, clean and oil, sweet, prune, ginger, high ALC, some spices
20 F: short -> medium, prune, vanilla, a little bitter, few variant at the end
20 B: balanced, bourbon style, but body fast degraded
PS.還好被荼毒到現在總算有支正常點的SMW出現了,巴伐利雅高原應該比較接近蘇格蘭了~我今天的第一名,但後段還是沒啥變化,些許無聊的酒
6.Amrut CS NAS 61.9% OB India
C: amber
21 N: creamy, 糯米, spices, followed by some honey, 桂花, cinnamons, then orange, plum
21 T: medium -> full, very good impact and intense, a little dry and spicy, sweet, then some ginger, raisin, plum, chocolate, a little bitterness at the end
20 F: medium, spices, creamy, plum, chocolate
20 B: balanced, some stir? Not that clean..
PS.喝到這邊已經覺得要趕快期待插花酒了~總不能先叫咖啡了吧!?

7.Sikkim Premium Gold 180ml 42.3% blended matured
C: gold
20 N: beer, white wine? A little sour, spices, white flowers
19 T: light, ginger, 藥草, 香料
19 F: short, degraded too fast
19 B: somehow, 量太少實在喝不太出個所以然..
PS.據Murder說這是一支充滿生命與愛的酒,原因是主人是冒著生命危險,從印度北部叛變的自治區帶回來的! 果然喝完就有人把今天的最後一名修改了..
萬國品酒會還是辦一次實驗性的就好,由於大多數的酒都年輕,口感偏甜,可能是希望用口感掩飾一些不足的地方.不過我想今天主要還是見到諸多酒友,大家一起喝酒聊聊天較實際且快樂. 希望今天的新朋友不要被嚇跑了..Mitch,Susc,辛苦你們了!在如此壯烈的ㄧ場品酒會下來,還能替社團籌措到微薄的社費(酒款拍賣後,當然也得感謝新舊社員的共襄盛舉),實在不容易啊!拍拍手,下一場加油!一定翻盤的!
