1.Goona Warra Chardonnay 2005 13.5% Victoria Sunbury
22 C: light yellow, water
21 N: rich, white flowers, some lemonade, a little smoky ham, camembert cheese, cream, then some green apple peal, peach, nutmeg
21 T: medium->full, rich and round, creamy, peach fruit peal, a little leaf and dust at the end, but few variant
20 F: medium, balanced. Quite standard, traditional chardonnay, few oak, good intense and body, lemon cake, Boston pie, cheese, cream, highly drinkable

2.Goona Warra Merlot/Cab. Franc 2005 14% Victoria Sunbury
23 C: red, dark red
22 N: rich red fruit, cherry, red berry, some raspberry, w/ hint of spices, white pepper, and then some beautiful fresh oak
21 T: 酸度適中,單寧量恰到好處,但相當青澀,果味豐富活潑,中等酒體,有點感覺過度萃取,葡萄皮的澀味較明顯.
21 F: medium->long, balanced and good extension, red berry, leaf, still young and dry, 應至少可再放3~5年,仍值得期待
3.Sandhurst Ridge Merlot 2004
23 C: fresh red, purple red
23 N: rich and concentrated red fruit, cherry, black peach, some wood cask(胺樹), spices and red currant, then some strawberry jam
21 T: 酸度稍高,medium body, full tannins, but dry and intense. red berry, cranberry, red plum
22 F: medium, good balanced. Young and active,仙草,tea, red berries, raspberry,仍在高峰期,應可在放2~3年
4.Goona Warra Shiraz 2005 14% Victoria Sunbury
22 C: red, deep red
22 N: some elegant violet, raspberry, red berry, a little strawberry jam, then some rosemary, pepper, spices
21 T: medium, full tannins, but still dry, a little salty, cheese, pepper, some earth, grass, 仙草味,約1hr醒酒後單寧轉為相當柔順好喝
21 F: short -> medium, balanced, violet, leaf, a little coffee, pepper, but seems degraded fast and dry
5.Sandhurst Ridge Shiraz 2005 15.5%
23 C: red purple
23 N: deep and rich red fruit, custard jam, some red currant, raspberry, strawberry, beautiful sweet and elegant. Good layers and complexes
22 T: full, well matured and soft tannins, red berry, creamy, toffee, a little sweet, milk candy. good texture and structure
22 F: long, good balanced. Creamy, custard jam, berries and pepper, beautiful oak, coffee bean. Suitable for baked steak
今天覺得最好喝的ㄧ支酒!尾韻長且富變化.
6.Sandhurst Ridge Ca. Sauvignon 2000 13.1%
22 C: deep purple red
22 N: creamy, black currant, black plum, black berry, a little cherry, toffee, vanilla, then some tobacco, leaf and earthy at the end, good layers
22 T: 微酸,medium -> full, soft tannins, black currant, black plum, creamy, well matured
22 F: long, good balanced, toffee, some coffee bean, black currant, good extension and structure, 已至高峰期, suitable for baked steak, lamb chop and pizza

7.Paracombe Shiraz Viognier 2005 16% Adelaide Hill
22 C: deep purple red
22 N: deep, very rich fruits, camembert cheese, creamy, vanilla, new furniture, a little wax, leather, black berry, then some rosemary and white pepper
21 T: full some ALC, a little sour, spicy, less tannins, but still creamy and fruity
21 F: long, balanced. cream, vanilla, some coffee, mochaccino coffee, suitable for drink

8.Barratt Pinot Noir The Reserve 2004 14% Piccadilly Valley Adelaide Hill
22 C: fresh red, deep red
23 N: elegant , fragrance, some animal musk, red berry, some flower tea
22 T: medium, a little sour, very smooth and soft, less tannins, but good extension
22 F: medium -> long, elegant, red fruit, very good balanced
PS.今晚這幾支酒的表現中規中矩,但明顯Sandhurst Ridge略勝一籌,義大利人使用木桶的功力,果然還是較好,Shiraz 2005另人印象深刻~
