18歲男大生下巴抽脂 重度昏迷不醒

醫美手術又傳意外！一名18歲留美的徐姓男大生，上個月前往台北市的「順風美醫診所」進行下巴抽脂整型手術，術前進行麻醉後不到半小時就休克，送台大醫院急救後仍重度昏迷至今。

林瑞圖還指出，診所負責人劉佳政也在李進良的醫美診所執醫，1月初香港女富商馬蘭抽脂豐胸猝死案件，執刀醫師就是他，這次男大生整型發生意外後，他和診所創辦人饒自強卻避不見面，男大生家屬在案發後向診所調閱病歷，診所還拒絕提供，只透過發聲明強調一切都有按照醫療常規處置。
對此，順風美醫診所透過法律事務所回應，發生意外後每天都有派員到院關心男大生，並強調此案涉及醫療專業，當事人卻訴諸媒體讓問題無法理性解決，已多次透過律師聯繫當事人家屬，但對方卻堅稱診所不聞不問。
台北市衛生局科長何叔安表示，上月30日受理此案後隔天就到診所進行調查，診所表示男大生病歷已被檢調拿走無法提供，目前已發文檢調，等取得病歷影本後才能釐清男大生術前是否有簽手術同意書、麻醉同意書，且手術全程是否都由醫師負責執行，全案已移送檢調偵辦中。若男大生家屬控告診所拒絕提供病歷屬實，可依《醫療法》開罰1萬到5萬元，而根據《醫師法》規定1名醫師只能在1處醫療院所執業，若需到別處支援須事先報備獲准，否則可被開罰2萬到10萬元，對此，劉佳政、陳志軒醫師都有報備獲准。
