（中央社記者顧荃台北7日電）媒體報導，使用台北101大樓前廣場擬改成「申請制」。台北市長柯文哲今天表示，101是台北地標，不希望變成抗議吵架的地方，廣場使用要符合自由、多元、友善原則。
101大樓前廣場常有法輪功、愛國同心會等各團體聚集，媒體報導，101大樓研議「台北101公共開放空間使用規定」草案，將定位為「休閒藝文表演場地」，並採「申請制」，違反社會秩序、妨害風化者，經保全勸導不改，將會報警。
柯文哲出席市政會議後記者會時表示，101是台北地標，觀光客也很多，她交代觀傳局長簡余晏要有管理辦法，不希望那裡變成抗議吵架的地方。
