Ingredients
8 slice bacon
? c. lowfat Greek yogurt
? c. fresh dill
1 scallion
kosher salt

1 lb. skinless salmon fillet
8 slice sourdough bread
4 piece romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato
Directions
Working in batches, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate online marketing.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, dill, scallion, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
