1. Sugar 2 cups(500ml)
2. Butter 110g
3. Water 130ml
4. Condense Milk 1 can
5. Vinegar 5ml
6. Scent (Vinella) 5ml
7. Some unsaulted Peanuts (if applicable)
Procedure
A. 1+2+3, melt on stove
B. Add 4 to A, slow stir until "soft-boil" stage with mild fire
C. Add 5 and 6, (and 7, if applicable) stir
D. Pore and spread
E. Cut when cold
