登革熱延燒 楊志良：病例恐再攀升 （中央社記者許秩維台北1日電）登革熱疫情持續延燒，前衛生署長楊志良今天表示，病例可能還會再攀升，預估「4、5萬例可能跑不掉」，至於疫情何時可趨緩，「就看東北季風何時來」。
登革熱疫情持續延燒，有防疫專家預估病例將上看5萬例。楊志良今天出席「世界視覺日」活動，會前受訪時表示，登革熱已是地方病，不僅今年重要，明年如何防治更重要；自己擔任署長時，登革熱1000多例就會啟動防疫，今年防疫太慢而導致疫情失控。
楊志良也指出，颱風蘇迪勒、杜鵑相繼撲台，根據過去經驗，颱風過後，蚊子環境會被破壞，疫情會先下降，但積水孳生源若未確實清除，病例可能還會再攀升，預估今年累計病例「4、5萬例跑不掉」；至於疫情何時可能趨緩或下降，「就看東北季風何時來」。1041001
