Guests must pay in advance using PayPal. The property will send an e-mail with a PayPal link 1 month prior to the check-in date. Guests must complete the transaction via credit card within 7 days of receiving the email. If the booking is made later than 5 days before the check-in date, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via PayPal. Upon receiving the payment, the property will email the security code for the apartment's lock. Guests should go directly to the property and use the security code to open the locker and enter.
For guests booking with a non-refundable rate, the total price of the reservation will be charged to their provided credit card, anytime after the booking is made.

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中18日電）台達電子文教基金會與國立自然科學博物館攜手打造「物理世界」展區，推出許多別出心裁的展品，讓觀眾從互動的闖關遊戲中，學習日常生活中經常發生的交直流電轉換知識。
科博館「物理展區」今天正式開幕，台達集團創辦人暨台達電子文教基金會董事長鄭崇華、台達電子董事長海英俊，教育部終身教育司長黃月麗與國立自然科學博物館館長孫維新共同主持開幕典禮。
孫維新更在開幕式上以紅酒與酒杯現場示範，讓現場觀眾透過聆聽杯口磨擦的聲音，會隨著酒杯中紅酒位置的高低改變音調高低，直接親身體驗科普教育。
鄭崇華表示，台達電子文教基金會除長期關注氣候變遷與能源議題外，也積極投入教育推廣。物理的基本知識是科學各領域創新發展的重要基礎，很高興這個展區能以遊戲及互動的方式，與台達熟悉的電力電子及自動化領域能力相結合，推出精緻有趣的各項物理展演。
黃月麗表示，去年底公布2015年國際學生能力評量計畫PISA評量結果，台灣在「科學素養」項目中，從原本的第13名大幅提升至第4名，可見台灣的科學教育近幾年來在各界努力下漸有佳績，一直致力於自然科學教育推廣的科博館想必也啟發了眾多學子，讓科學教育發光發熱。
孫維新指出，全新開幕的「物理世界」展區，有難得一見的垂直蛇擺創造波動幻象、運用先進科技的台達機械手臂撥動28個音樂節拍器以展示同步共振現象，更有台達工程師創意發想設計的「電力小英雄」，讓觀眾從互動的闖關遊戲中，學習日常生活中經常發生的交直流電轉換知識。1060218
（中央社記者陳至中屏東14日電）十二年國教課綱預計107學年度起實施，教育部長潘文忠今天說，已選148校作為「前導學校」試行，希望能達到「由下而上」的推動課綱。
十二年國教課綱最大的改變，就是大量增加選修課，減少必修學分。但學校要如何推動選修、如何讓學生選課和跑班，必須要先小規模試辦，才能瞭解會碰到什麼問題。
教育部長潘文忠今天到屏東視察各級學校，其中一站來義高中，被選為107課綱（十二年國教課綱）前導學校，以原住民族教育和落實部落國際化為特色。
潘文忠表示，過去課綱都是「由上而下」推動，上面有政策，要求各級學校跟著做。這次推動十二年國教課綱，希望改成「由下而上」，讓教學現場先動，透過專業社群來做準備。
潘文忠表示，前導學校會依照已公布的107課綱的總綱，設計選修課程地圖，發展學校特色，協助學生適性發展。
另外，對於107課綱考招制度的改革，近來各大團體不斷發聲。潘文忠今天說，其實大家的大目標都是一致的，就是希望學生多元、適性發展。目前招聯會還在收集意見階段，包括高中職端希望「完整學習」等，都會納入參考。
十二年國教課綱前導學校，包括普通型高中45所、技術型和綜合型高中29所、國中小74所，於106年辦理。1060214
