湖南新A型流感旅疫 二級警示

農曆年節將近，南來北往預估將增加流感傳播，疾管署表示，雖台北市聯合醫院流感群聚疫情監測期滿，相關接觸者全數解除追蹤，但提升中國大陸湖南省新型 A型流感旅遊疫情建議等級至第二級警示（ Alert），請民眾不可大意。
疾管署表示，北市聯醫院和平院區日前發生之流感群聚事件，截至最後監測日期（ 2月 2日）未再出現新發病個案，研判群聚事件已告一段落，相關接觸者全數解除追蹤；本起群聚事件共計 15名個案，含 2名確診流感併發重症死亡個案。
不過，依據監測資料顯示， 2016至 2018年春節期間（除夕至初五）急診類流感就診人次分別為 56,936、 25,278、 39,057，較非春節期間急診每週平均約 13,000就診人次明顯增加。
本流感季（去年 10月 1日起）截至 2月 1日累計 406例流感併發重症病例，其中 34例死亡（ 21例 H1N1、 13例 H3N2）；近期監測資料顯示 100% H1N1及 92%H3N2病毒與本流感季疫苗株吻合，未發現抗藥性病毒株。
疾管署呼籲，民眾春節出遊，勿輕忽流感症狀，務必做好手部衛生與咳嗽禮節。
如有發燒、咳嗽、流鼻水等類流感症狀，請就近到診所就醫，並儘量在家休息；一旦有呼吸困難、發紺、意識改變等流感危險徵兆，應儘速至大醫院就醫。
此外，大陸通報新增 1例 H9N2流感病例，鎮個案為湖南省常德市 2歲男童，去年 11月 27日發病，病情輕微，無明確活禽暴露史；基於當地可能具環境暴露感染禽流感風險，即日起提升湖南省旅遊疫情建議至第二級警示（ Alert），請民眾不可大意。
夜晚皮膚紅腫癢快崩潰~秋天蕁麻疹愛搗蛋，小心9大地雷
【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】秋老虎來報到，竟然蕁麻疹也來湊熱鬧！蕁麻疹一發作，慘劇發生，除了會有強烈的紅腫癢之外，甚至常常半夜發作，根本無法入睡。嚴重還會產生吞嚥困難、眼皮嘴唇腫脹等症狀。醫師表示，有9大原因會誘發蕁麻疹，至於夜晚特別容易發作搔癢，拚命抓，愈抓愈厲害，則是和C纖維有關。
治療蕁麻疹 醫師先諮詢再決定用藥許多人都擔心蕁麻疹容易復發，葉倩妤醫師表示，其實，蕁麻疹會不會復發，取決於誘發它的原因。若能避免接觸到過敏原，則能防止蕁麻疹的復發。但對於半數找不到原因的患者，必須小心避開各項誘發因子以減少發作機會。大多數輕微的類型，情況不危急，常在未使用任何治療就消退。若病灶持續，治療上以抗組織胺為第一線藥物，通常醫師會依據紅疹的多寡及搔癢的程度開立口服或針劑藥物。少數病情嚴重的案例，才會使用到口服，甚至針劑的類固醇治療。
而外用的類固醇藥膏及一些外用洗劑，也可以幫助舒緩症狀。要注意的是第一代抗組織胺有嗜睡的副作用，若需要從事開車或有危險性的工作，需與醫師討論用藥原則。而已經有血糖代謝問題的患者，也要提出相關病史，供醫師開立藥物參考，避免併發症出現。
避免蕁麻疹復發 遠離危險因子預防勝於治療！日常預防蕁麻疹復發有以下建議，已經知道原因的患者，必須針對過敏原做預防。食物過敏者，建議完全避開致敏食物，慢性蕁麻疹最好別碰加工醃漬食品、菸酒及辛辣的食物。而藥物過敏者，應向醫師或藥師諮詢，確認致敏藥物，在健保卡上做註記，避免再使用到相同藥物。到戶外時，應避免極端氣候，遇烈日強風應有保護措施；季節性過敏者，需因應植物花期變化，此多為遺傳體質，所幸會隨年齡增長而減緩；郊外的蚊蟲較多，衣物應著大自然色系，以避免叮咬。另外，要避免接觸化學物質，及鎳、鉻等金屬類，也要抒解身心壓力，避免搔抓，減少皮膚的刺激。
發生劇癢時，可以冷水緩沖或用冰涼的毛巾鎮靜一下皮膚。有些人覺得燙一燙皮膚就不癢了，殊不知是痛覺的訊號大過癢的感覺，只能得到短暫的快感，而燙傷後的皮膚更為敏感，下一波發作將會更惱人！建議務必配合醫師的檢查及治療，才是攻克蕁麻疹的完善做法。
